The location was amazing. Easy transportation near the hotel. Amazing Italian restaurant and super market close by. But the room was small for a suite.

AC not working

Great hotel, but AC does not work so the main thing for a hotel is being able to sleep well and unfortunately that was a struggle with no AC in a very warm london.

Enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast and convenient location. Room was nice but not as clean as other Marriott’s we’ve been in. Old sponge found under bed, bedding had some stains etc. But I would still say a good experience overall.

Une adresse à retenir

L'hébergement est très bien situé. Plusieurs lignes de bus au pied de l'hôtel et un metro à 10min de marche. Les appartements sont spacieux et les lits plutôt confortables par contre cela manquait de propreté. La plaque du four micro-ondes, et le frigo n'étaient pas propres. Bcp de poussière sous le lit canapé qui était très visible à chaque fois que nous le fermions /ouvrons, ainsi que sous les lits. Le lave-vaisselle était abimé ainsi que le frigo. Les murs avaient beaucoup de traces de saletés et de peintures. Au prix des chambres elles auraient pu être dans un meilleur état. Le petit déjeuner était très complet. C'était très bien! Le petit plus, l'accès a une laverie avec machine à laver et sèche-linge! Ça nous a été très utile. Nous n'avons pas profiter de la salle de sport mais c'était sympa d'avoir cette possibilité. Le personnel était aimable et compréhensif avec les enfants et de très bonne volonté.

Our room was very noisy. It was an adjoining room so could hear hairdryer, snoring, tv very clearly! Right opposite the lift so could hear noisy revellers coming home and the traffic was so loud i checked to see if a window was open a few times. The room was very nice and spacious though, good kitchen facilties. Very clean. Staff were a mix - some very pleasant and a few not really bothered about customer service. Good location. Nice bar and bar staff.

Nice hotel, the aircon doesn’t work and unfortunately we were there during a hot period. Staff did try and bring fans up to the rooms and were very pleasant!

Overall really great stay, unfortunately aircon not working but they were kind enough to supply a fan. Also breakfast was great for someone with allergies usually I only get fruit for breakfast but they had many options that were safe which was amazing.

I hate writing bad reviews and generally post nothing if my experience wasnt good. But the amount of $ this hotel cost and what it delivered were disappointing. From not having our joined rooms available and blaming this on Expedia miscommunication, and putting us in a room with no ac.. and also so small that the door didn’t fully open bc it bumped into the bed. And the bathroom dirty with hair on shower walls and the cooking pots and pans so scratched up and awful. And „clean” utensils covered in sticky stuff… To then switching us finally on day 2 into joined rooms - one of which smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower stalls were all mildewy- in every room.. in spite of cleaning service out and working everyday. The elevators were an issue every day, the hotel is really not equipped to handle the volume they reserve. Free breakfast was ok.. mix of eggs and samosas and meat products and beans. My kids, who usually love all hotel bfst, didn’t eat at all. Maybe we are just too plain American to appreciate this specific spread. Way too many bread/baked good stations that didn’t get a line and not enough coffee machines, which kept glitching. The location is well connected via metro. That’s the one upside to it all.. and also a grocery store.

The staff was AMAZING!!! The breakfast was also very good. The room was very nice. It was clean and the kitchen was reasonably sized and outfitted. The only complaints we have about the room are: - the layout of the bathroom door which was right next to the bed with a narrow path between the bed and the wall - no air conditioning (and opening the window resulted in traffic noise)
