The Space:
This beautiful apartment has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and a feeling a space throughout. The generous open plan living space features a large sofa and armchair for you to relax on infornt of the Tv, a spacious dining area and a large balcony with views over the rooftops. There is a pocket wifi dongle for internet access. The spacious bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable king size bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom features a shower over bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed for 1 person - please make us aware before arriving if you would like this made up (ÂŁ20 charge per night)
Please be aware that the lift in the building will be out of order from 14th July to 5th September 2025.

Located in the heart of Mayfair, one of the world's most desirable postcodes, You are surrounded by world class restaurants, shops, bars and famous landmarks. Situated in a quiet Mews away from any busy roads, you have the best of both worlds, being right in the heart of London within walking distance of a number of famous attractions. Oxford Street, famous for its shopping is just 2 minutes walk away, home to high street brands and the world famous Selfridges Department Store. Other attractions within walking distance include, Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Hamley's Toy store, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square.
Getting Around:
High street shops, world class restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all within easy walking disctance of the apartment. Bond Street Tub station is just a 5 minute walk away. There are also plentiful black cabs in the area.
Other Things to Note:
- Single sofa bed can be requested for an additional charge of ÂŁ20 per night.
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees.
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of ÂŁ10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a ÂŁ20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a ÂŁ50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a ÂŁ75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at ÂŁ10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to allow time for us to make necessary arrangements.
