Great location. Kettle and tea provided which was appreciated. Single room was very small but adequate- had everything I needed. Air conditioning was hard to control - was on the whole time and quite noisy. I thought I was getting a walk-in shower but it was a bath with shower which proved to be quite a challenge - a rubber mat would have helped as the bathtub was very slippery and made exiting dangerous.

Please do not book a double bed at this hotel. The bed was so short that my feet were out of the bed and it was very uncomfortable. When I mentioned this to the staff at check out they suggested I book a bigger room next time. I paid £200 for a night for a very small bed and very uncomfortable sleep

Overall, had an excellent stay at the Bailey. The first room assigned faced a brick wall and had an inoperable window with wallpaper over the glass. This left us a bit disappointed with our booking so we requested a room change. Thankfully we were accommodated to a similar room but with a view down to the street - it was so much better. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and hospitable. Be aware that bookings are based on number of guests rather than number of beds. The location is convenient and very walkable.

The room is worn down and the toilet is from 1970s, unlike what was displayed on expedia showing a fancy walk in shower, reality is 1970s bathtub that requires expert climbing to get into safely.
