Beautiful hotel right down the street from Gloucester Rd tube station. Super safe at all hours. Rooms are gorgeous and we loved the small kitchenette. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in London.

The other house was a great base for us on our London leg of our journey. Loved all the uniqueness of this place. The pool, sauna and steam rooms were a great way to escape the bustle of London. The staff were super attentive and friendly. Only comment for consideration was that our room felt a tad cramped, so perhaps a little less furniture.

The hotel was a cute boutique style. Weird set up, but nice. The only complaint is they have no phone number to call anyone for a need or question! They message through WhatsApp and I found it useless. Answering a question 8 hours later and not once getting any solution. They also do not have any sort of room service you can call and order. For a nicer hotel, this was ridiculous to me. Final note; for some reason they have a metal “decorative” room divider right in the middle of the room. Only making the room feel much smaller and not allowing you to watch the television from bed.

Loved everything. Didn’t use the spa but maybe another time. Comfortable bed and pillows, great linen which kept me warm and cool as needed. Staff were friendly, clean, good sized room and full kitchen! Two minutes to train station including Metropolitan line which goes to Heathrow. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by or a short walk as well as museums. Perfect location. Highly recommend

Room was clean, but very small. You can’t watch the TV from the bed due to a big screen. The couch is very squashy & close to TV, so you can’t watch it from there either. Very beautiful building and facilities- staff could be friendlier. 😊

This Hotel is unique; a ‘Great Gatsby’ feel and decor. The staff is highly accommodating and kind. There are many comfy, cozy, lounge areas - including a well-stocked library. An actual club with annual membership, and guests have membership for the length of their stay; quiet, intimate atmosphere with no typical tourists, few to no children (at least during my stay). Highly recommended.
