VERY clean, first class hotel in a great location. Staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. The included breakfast is perfect before your day, sausage, eggs (fried or scrambled) bacon potatoes. There are meats and cheeses as well as bread options. Very good location for museums which are directly across the street. Tube is 5 mins walk with 3-4 stops away from the west end or theatre district. Would recommend and will go back!!

This is a really great hotel. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Great location that is in a very nice area of London. It was very easy to catch the tube to anywhere you might want to visit and of course it is right across the street from several fantastic museums. The breakfast was quite good and the little dining area/restaurant has a sort of old school British charm to it. I would absolutely stay here again next time I am in London. I visited with my family and we were in a “club room” which was just perfect.

The Rembrandt is in Kensington, directly across the street from the Victoria & Albert Museum and near the Natural History Museum as well. The neighborhood is safe and lively, plenty of wonderful places to eat. The Tube stop is just a couple of blocks away. Harrods and Sloane Street are not far in the other direction, if high-end shopping is your goal. The staff of the hotel were indispensable and so kind! They advised us on everything from airport transportation to currency exchanges to things to do. The hotel also offered the full English breakfast which was a quick and convenient way to start the day.

Love the Rembrandt for our trips into London, especially convenient for the museums and Royal Albert Hall. We know many of the staff, and are also warmly welcomed especially by Scott who always seems to be on hand! My only ask is that hair conditioner be added to the bathroom contents! Another good stay though at the Rembrandt.

This was a marvelous hotel in every way! I was only there three nights and I would have liked to stay longer. The room was clean and quiet, and the lobby/dining area was enormous. I spent most of one afternoon with a friend in the atrium, drinking cappuccinos. The staff is outstanding! I'm disabled and they took care of me, even putting out a rubber mat in the shower to help my stability. The maitre'd and waiters at breakfast helped carry my food to my table when I couldn't. The breakfast had a large selection and everything was good. The shower was SO much better than in most London hotels. It might seem minor but it makes a difference to have a tall overhead shower with fast hot water.

A very convenient and pleasant hotel for visiting the London museums and the V&A. Staff were all friendly, room was comfy and cosy with all the amenities. It was well priced for the area and the complimentary breakfast was very good. I was also appreciative of the free welcome drink for booking via Hotels.com/Expedia

I was originally given a smaller room though I paid for an executive room. After complaining, we had to stay one night in the original room and the next day, we were given a better room. We should have received to the better room from the onset.

I stayed at your hotel on September 10th, and although it was just for one night, the experience left a lasting impression. It happened to coincide with the London Underground strike, and I was unsure how to reach my destination. I asked the porter, Aleksandor, for help. My English isn’t very fluent, but he was incredibly patient and kind—he clearly explained the directions and how to navigate the situation. He even helped me refill my water bottle, which I truly appreciated. At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by Karca, who was polite and friendly, making the arrival process smooth and pleasant. I also loved the red water bottle provided in the room with “London” printed on it—it was both practical and a lovely keepsake. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location made it so easy to reach major attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely recommend your hotel to friends visiting London for the first time. Warm regards, Isabel

Not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Executive double was fine for two people. Terrific breakfast buffet. “Double” is same as US “queen.” Terrific location for visiting V&A and Royal Albert Hall. Short walk to Harrod’s, a little longer to Buckingham Palace, blocks from Hyde Park, and 5-min walk to South Kent tube stop. Stayed there before,n will again.
