The bed was made , but the bedding was not changed. I found some hair and other signs that clearly showed the bedding was dirty. I took video and went to show the receptionist. A person went to change the bedding, but the person was not wearing deodorant and every time he raised his arms he released an awful smell, leaving the room with a very disgusting odor. I took pictures of lots of dust bunnies under the bd. Will never return there.

Great stay for a couple of nights in a great area of London for a good price. Close to Kensington Gardens, Notting Hill, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Very nice hotel with restaurants and metro subway nearby. Pleasant staff. Cool tiny rooms that make you get the full London experience. Good 30 minute walk to Notting Hill’s iconic street.

Area is safe and quiet. Hotel is about a10 min walk to many food options and underground stations. Room was clean, a little small especially with stroller but we managed. Staff was very accommodating to our requests.

Very small room, but I quickly adjusted. A little shabby (outer curtain torn, floor uneven) but quite clean, staff very helpful, friendly. Fantastic location: short walk to HydePark, long walk through Hyde Park to Natural History Museum, wide array of lovely shops/restaurants on Westbourne Grove, just a block or two north. Buses and underground 8-9 minute walk, with good options. Plenty of grocery options nearby.

Amazing hotel for the price and location. Staff really friendly. Plenty of shops and pubs and bars near by. 2 different tube stations on different tube lines within easy walking distance. Not far from Kensington gardens. Hotel in quiet location with stunning buildings around it. Would definitely go back.

Shower head was faulty and hot water didn’t work. Cockroaches came out of door frame from bathroom and lift wasn’t working our entire stay so had to carry bags up and down 6 flights of stairs. Other than this, location was great and walkable/accessible.
