The room was dirty. The towels had blood on them, the restroom was used, with poop. Looked like it had been sitting for a while. We did contact “Kay” and she said no refunds and there was nothing she could do. She gave us “new towels” that were still dirty. My kids were terrified. Slept in the car instead. Do not stay here with kids.

The room we got had water puddle on the floor. The manager immediately switched us to another room. After that, no problems. Smoothly cruised it through the night. Price and comfort level of area were JUST about right.
