A Peaceful Garden Sanctuary

Centrally located in Venice, walking distance to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away from the noise.. this place is a little piece of heaven!

Take time to read, write or meditate in the serene garden. The house has vaulted ceilings and a professional grade kitchen. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, and the large deck for entertaining friends and family. The property has plenty of private quiet space, and equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable.

The House:
Casa Superba was designed and rebuilt in 2008, keeping the Venice craftsmen & garden vibe. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bath in main house; 1 queen bed & 1 single rollaway in detached studio, with outdoor toilet and shower. This house is truly a sanctuary and the space has been created with a lot of love and intention. The lot is 4200 sq ft, and allows for plenty of private, quiet space to read, write and meditate. Inside, the house has ultra-high ceilings and an open floor plan. Indoor dining seats 6 + island seating for 5. Outdoor dining seats up to 8.

If you love to cook, you will surely enjoy the large open kitchen, making it possible to both host and show off your 'chef skills!' The professional grade kitchen features top of the line appliances; large fridge, gas range, dish washer, all the small appliances you will ever need, including lots of pots and pans. Open plan living room and dining room opens to both a front and back yard. In the front you have an in-ground trampoline, and in the back a dining area and fire pit. Sonos available in all rooms. There is a piano under the hidden tv in the living room (with apple tv connection & a DVD players).

We are new to VRBO, but our home has been a vacation rental since 2017. We have been blessed with exceptional guests ever since we started hosting and look forward to welcoming you! Beautiful little bungalow

This house was perfect to stay in with a couple of friends. It has a cute little backyard and great main living space to cook, eat and enjoy time together. It’s super clean and well appointed. Would recommend to anyone and definitely will stay again when the time comes.

Great stay, excellent host!

Sepi was an outstanding host - extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. The house is quite comfortable and the kitchen amenities were very impressive. Only callout is that two of the bedrooms are in the main house and the third is separate (in a converted garage that's within the backyard which is secured by a locked gate so feels close to the main house and very safe and private) and doesn't have a bathroom. Thank you Sepi!

We were so pleased with check in communication prompt and just everything! The home Sepi designed is beautiful, tons of wood, warm and classy charming. Oh so comfy we hated to leave! A master chef unique huge kitchen was amazing! Outdoor garden with many seating areas for quality time. Linen on the beds was so comfortable. Everything was just fabulous. Enchanting Venice Oasis Does Not Disappoint

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this incredibly lovely and serene home. Located on a tranquil tree-lined street, this welcoming home is perfectly set up for a small family like ours. We enjoyed the gracious common area, the lovely front garden and the stunning backyard. My son squealed with delight when he found the in ground trampoline! The home was incredibly well-stocked and gracious. We also enjoyed the chic location, with so many incredible restaurants and the best of Venice nearby. Very best of all was Sepi & Ben's hospitality. I've had the pleasure of staying in many vacation rental homes over the years, but never one with such a personal touch. Thank you again!
