Check-in was fast and easy, and the front desk attendant was friendly, which made a good first impression. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked really well — perfect after a long day. I also loved that they have coffee available all day in the lobby — such a nice touch. However, I had a credit for drinks and snacks that I didn’t get to use. When I asked about it the next morning, I was told that I could only get the voucher at check-in, but the front desk attendant never mentioned it when I arrived. That was disappointing and felt like a missed perk. Breakfast was okay — nothing fancy, but enough to get you started for the day. They had a waffle maker, juices, cheese omelettes, sausage links, potatoes, plus a cereal and yogurt station. The only downside was that the potatoes were a bit undercooked & there was no option of eggs with no cheese. Overall, it was a decent stay with comfortable accommodations and friendly service, but the lack of communication about the voucher was frustrating.

Mostly a good experience. There was a sticky spot on the carpet in the room and there were clothes behind one of the chairs. Both of these give you a bit of an "ick" factor. It made us wonder just how thorough the cleaning crew works on actually cleaning the rooms.

Great stay

Excellent hotel taken care of by a fabulous staff. Breakfast was hot and full all the time. Check in was a breeze facilitated by a wonderful friendly young lady. Lots to do in the area .will definitely make this our stop on future buisness trips to the area.

Not real happy about Best Western wanting to charge me $10 to check in 45 minutes early, which I immediately declined on the basis of “principle”. Clearly they had rooms clean and available. I feel as though customer service goes beyond just having a clean room- it’s being a bit flexible and accommodating your customer. After all, if it wasn’t for the customer, they wouldn’t be in business. It’s not like I was trying to check in two hours early. It seems as though after Covid, everyone’s trying to screw the customer.

A good number of homeless were hanging around the hotel and even one man came inside the hotel sitting in the lobby at night. The hotel should install more hangers for used towels in the bathroom. There is only one hanger by the bathroom door and the second guest doesn't have the place to hang his/her used towel.

Don't bother

Do not go here if you expect to sleep. I finally called the front desk to do something about the room next door about 235am. The tv had been on all night and the later it got, the louder it was. Slept late since we couldn't get to sleep and missed breakfast.
