The lady Christina at the Best Western in hollywood is scamming companies out of more money for digital cards. She told us our reservation was canceled but it wasn’t so she had travelocity give a new card and probably kept it and continued with our normal reservation. we had to wait over an hour to check in due to the property trying to scam us and travelocity.

Great location, we walked to the Bowl, walked to Hollywood Blvd. Room was clean, pool was ok. Wish they had breakfast. Be ready for the upcharge for parking-its a shocker! We have stayed here several time and have liked it
