When we got into our room there was long hair in the bedding of the sleeper sofa. They tried giving us another room but that one the bathroom sink was plugged and really dirty. I asked for a clean room and they said they didn't have any more. We had to stay in the 1st room offered to us and we had to change the bedding ourselves.

Room was great! The jetted bathtub was a dream! Rooms are quiet, the hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Two elevators that quick. They need more carts. I did ask someone to clean up the smoking area and they never did.
