Located within walking distance to the sandy beaches in the heart of Santa Monica, we are also within 1 mile of world class shopping and the hottest bars & restaurants.

Private, Enclosed Garage with Remote Control: You will have exclusive use of an enclosed and private two car garage that is opened with a remote control.

Inside the garage is a stackable, front-loading, brand new Washer & Dryer.

You will also find two beach bags, beach chairs and beach towels here for your pleasure.

You can enter the guest house securely from the garage, and your visitors can enter from the sidewalk.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless, the location was excellent, and the area felt safe throughout our visit. It’s about a mile from the Santa Monica Pier and the Metro train, and it was very easy to get picked up by Waymo for short rides around the area. We had no issues at all during our 4-day stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Los Angeles area.

Beautiful place - very clean and well maintained. The garage space was a big help in not being worried about the hours of street parking.Of note, the 2nd bedroom is upstairs on a spiral staircase, so just needs to be utilized by people with good mobility.

This is a stylish two bedroom one bath in a quiet neighborhood with a garage which is critical if you rent a car the street parking is only for locals

Wonderful Loft House

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate with everything we needed for a family of four. Deborah was very welcoming and lovely host. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location!

Property has a great location. Super clean and the garage is a plus. Has all the amenities you need and Deborah was an amazing hostess and very attentive. Would definitely come back!

Just a great place overall

Really comfortable apartment with loft bedroom. Immediately felt comfortable and perfect location for accessing stuff we needed to do in the area. Highly recommended.
