I booked this “hotel” thinking it was part of a known hotel chain. It turns out to be a random guest house hiding behind a misleading, almost-identical name. The minute you book, you get a text from a random number demanding a photo of your driver’s license. No explanation, no professionalism, just a sketchy text message asking for personal info. Then you look at their one review and your stomach drops. Nothing about this place feels safe. The person texting is rude and unhelpful, and when I said the setup felt unsafe and asked to cancel (less than 30 minutes after booking), he completely disappeared. No reply, no help. Ghosted. The service tried to call him multiple times and he refused to pick up, leaving me to deal with the mess. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card because the owner would rather hide than fix a simple mistake. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional, shady, or stressful. Avoid this place at all costs.
