Go somewhere else

The first room that they gave me the door did not even close unless I put the latch on and there was clear tape across the top of the door as if they tried to tape it shut. The second room that they gave me was just grimy. There is all kinds of build up on the fixtures and there was blue tape on that floor. I was there for 2 days. I put the sign out not to give my room a cleaning, and when I got back from work Not only was the sign off my door the room had been gone into and I could tell. They did not do the bed or give clean towels but my overnight bag that was on the bed had been moved so I know someone came in there and more than likely looked through my things. Additionally my key did not work. There is absolutely no reason I would need to have my key reprogrammed for a two-day stay. Also the toilet tissue was just sitting on a shelf in the closet opened. That is very unsanitary as it was just used toilet tissue like half a roll sitting there. There is a counter in the bathroom area, yet they chose to put all the towels on top of a toilet. That is so unsanitary and as you can see from the photos the toilet is dingy. As much as they charge for the rooms it would not take much to replace those toilet seats. So I went down the street to Target and just got my own towels. The housekeeping ladies did not even care that it was 7:30 in the morning and people may still be sleep. I was awakened both mornings to housekeeping outside the doors laughing at the tops of their lungs.

Had roaches everywhere I’m so disappointed in this place because I use to use this hotel often the amount of roaches and the people standing out side my door laughing and talking loud well pass 3am was ridiculous and when I told the front desk about the roaches he asked if I wanted him to come in and kill them terrible experience for Manhattan beach

Black mold in my bathroom. No exhaust fan. They let me change rooms only for there to be black mold in the new room as well. Room was decent besides that issue. Hotel is on busy loud street. Had a nice outdoor patio area. I paid for family suite with four beds. Only to be surprised with three beds instead. Confirm this before booking
