This property made our trip to LA so much easier. We were in town for a conference at the convention center. The property is super close to the theatres and convention center. Great downtown experience!

This apartment has everything we needed for our stay! From secure entrence to free underground parking! The renters were very responsive to any questions I may have had! The apartment and rooftop pool were juat as advertised! Very clean and had all kitchen ware needed for staying in and making a meal! Would definitely recommend if you need to be close to all that is happing downtown!

Great stay!

Loved the location and the property was super clean and well-organized. The pool on the roof was an added bonus with lovely views. The only tricky thing was figuring out how to get to the parking garage because the entrances are not super clear. Once you get it, though, it’s great to have a parking spot downtown without the hassle of driving around for a long time or having it on the street. Our host was quick to respond to our questions.

Designers Dream

My husband and I spent two nights at the apartment in Sept 2023. The decor and features of the rental were exactly as presented in the ad. The gallery wall, textiles, colors - everything, was clearly hand selected for the space and made for a comfortable and inviting space. Walking distance to local eateries, convenience store directly next door to entrance, easy access to the parking garage. My only complaint would be one of the doorman, pretty sure he was drunk when we arrived. Other than that we had a great stay and would stay again. Peter was awesome and prompt to reply to any questions I had.

Our stay in LA proper was only for one night, but I really wanted a day or two more in this very cool apartment. Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. Also, the restobar next door is excellent!

Stylish apartment

This property was right in the middle of the city! It was perfect! Close to everything and plenty of good food. The apartment itself was beautiful, really unique decor, and plenty of space to hang out when we were not out in the city.
