The amenities in the building include three heated pools, a salon, daytime café and evening restaurant, full bar, laundry facilities, Postal Service, convenience store, room service, and for an extra charge: private tennis club, racquetball courts, very large gym with free weights machines, aerobics, steam rooms, saunas, massages, and Jacuzzis. If available, the owner would be happy to take you for a tour on his boat that is parked down at the marina.

Two spa-like bathrooms; one has walk in shower with waterfall and sprayer features, bidet, and the other has a gorgeous marble tub/shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows span the entire living room hallway, and master bedroom providing you spectacular views from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep (remote controlled black out roller shades will ensure you have a restful night's sleep). You may choose to lounge on the outdoor furniture in the very large balcony/patio overlooking the marina. Gorgeous imported Italian granite countertops, modern custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances create a welcoming upscale kitchen open for you to entertain, make your favorite meals, or just reheat some leftovers.
