I was disappointed by the cash grab for parking. Roll it into the room charge for FS. Just another hassle for me to administer. Room was Ok but the lack of even a coffee station in the morning was irritating.

Great budget-friendly beach hotel!

The location and affordability of the Grandview Inn are fantastic! Everything we needed was provided, with a well-stocked bathroom and kitchenette area. Free parking is such a great perk. Will definitely stay again.

I was there for a work trip, stayed for two nights. I had to work in my room which was difficult to because the guests across from me were loud throughout the day. They were up early and a few kids would constantly run up and down the hallway and hit my door. I wish I asked for a quiet room. Overall, it was ok. The location was great!

Our Favorite Place!

This is our second time staying here and is our favorite place!! We spend about 50 nights a year in hotels and this place is amazing! Great location, clean, soo close to the beach, and they have everything you need in the room. Even larger fridge with freezer than what you find in hotels. We booked again and will definitely make this a yearly thing!
