The rooms were priced higher than normal on this trip. Also it was really noisy outside my window. They gave me a handicap room and the bed was hard.

Excellent staff. Well maintained facility. However the area around the hotel was dirty and dangerous. Saw many ppl doing drugs in the alley.

The property itself is nice. The surrounding area is unsafe. I checked out super early because I had to go to work so I left the key in the room and call in like I usually do in any other hotel and a hotel person that answer the phone had an attitude because I left the key in the room and didn’t come check out. It was 4 o’clock in the morning!! They need to work on there customer service!!!

The hotel was fine, but the area is pretty much in Skid Row. There are people walking around shooting heroin in broad daylight. Me and my friend we’re petrified walking to get food
