The Hotel didn't provide house keeping during our entire stay even after clearly requesting it after day one. The trash has been overslowing, no cleared bed sheets, toiletries, coffe etc. They did'nt even have a working phone at the room to talk to the front desk

There was a bloody napkin on my bathroom counter when I checked into my room and roaches the size of my thumb. If they are in my room, there is no way they aren’t in the kitchen near the breakfast items. We immediately checked out.
