We liked the cleanliness and modern style of the hotel, easy access to parking and areas around town. The one negative would be the thin walls/flooring. We can hear footsteps, noise from the people above our room at night which made it hard to sleep.

Short weekend trip with friend.

I had a great experience with this hotel overall! And it started even before I've arrived! I was flying in late at night so I was worried that checking in would be an issue due to the time. But the staff was very nice and assured me that they can put a note on the reservation and check me in beforehand. Upon arriving at the hotel, I love how clean the whole lobby looks and getting our keys were very easy. The front desk was also very patient and kind! The room was bigger than what I expected. It has a wide space once you walked in. On my right is the door to the bathroom...up front is the bed which has plenty of room and super comfy for two. Both my friend and I did not feel cramped at all. My friend loved the fact that they have an ice dispenser and a water dispenser that gives cold and hot water right down the hall! I personally loved that the hallway and the room had a new building smell which I love. The overall location was perfect too - access to two supermarkets surrounded by lots of food places and a daiso! There were a couple minor things to improve on though. Their water pressure for the showerhead and their knobs for the shower were both weak. The knob for the shower felt loose when turning it on and the water pressure was not powerful enough. I don't think the showerhead that they have can change pressures too Overall, the stay was great and would definitely stay here again if I am visiting LA! Thank you to all the staff for making this a great experience.

The Good: room size and comfort; clean bathroom. Good black out curtains. Great! The Bad: noisy A/C, thermostat light lit up the room all night, toilet tank would not refill after flush. Signage in underground parking very confusing. The Ugly: breakfast. Definitely go elsewhere. Boxed, runny scrambled eggs, square baby potatoes from a bag, and either burnt or soggy toast. No bread options or cooked to order eggs. No free coffee in the lobby. Many of the staff seemed to be working part-time and were disinterested. No joy in this place!
