My personal items were thrown away in the trash with my medication inside. The management never reached out to me. I had to call them everyday for an update and how to resolve the issue. They only offered me 20% off my last day stay which was left as a note by the front dest clerk. I never received and apology. I asked for my room to be cleaned they didn't wipe off any of the surface spaces just made the bed up and replaced towels. The room had bugs. I seen bugs in the shower and in the room with the microwave.

The hotel was nice, quaint, and overall, very comfortable, but the neighborhood was a little unsettling. It was not disclosed in the advertisement that it was in a rough area and there was no security on site. It was still a good visit, no mishaps, but it would have been nice to know what to expect when I got there.

I booked with this hotel, however the date was incorrect (it was 4pm and I accidentally booked the day of). I tried calling the hotel to correct the date, however they would not answer their phone. When I contacted Expedia support, they told me the roof was non refundable. Essentially, i made an honest mistake that should have been an easy fix. I feel scammed and will never book her ever again.
