The home is located in the Panorama City/North Hollywood section of LAâs San Fernando Valley. This area of LA offers an eclectic mix of people, food, arts, and perspectives. Homes in our neighborhood are generally single-family and were built in the post-war 1950s after the 1947 opening of a nearby Panorama City GM auto manufacturing plant (a plant that produced treasured American
classic cars like the Chevy Firebird and Corvair). Today, the former GM plant is hopping with popular stores such as Ross Dress For Less, Old Navy, The Gap, Home Depot, Burlington, Party City, Petsmart, Regal movie theatres, and more. Many of our neighbors are employed as medical professionals at a nearby 1 million square foot medical center.
