Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Like my previous visit, the bed and pillows are very old and hard. Very uncomfortable. I brought my own bedsheets learning from my past experience. The mattress cover was stained and dirty. Who knows when was the last time it was washed. The chairs were very very very old. I cannot even sit on it. As usual the motel does not provide tissue papers.
I was not able to cancel my reservation that’s why I stay here for the second time.
The motel also asks for a security deposit even the booking was paid off. WHY IS THAT ???

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The staff was helpful but there’s only so much can be done. The toilet wasn’t working, the water pressure was extremely weak, the exterior of the hotel reeks of cigarettes and weed. Also no breakfast or coffee
It met my needs for a short stay a few nitpicking things. The big thing was that the TV disconnected from the router and I had barely any reception to watch any TV. The cleaners varied on my first day there were some strand hairs on the towels and on the bed. Some dirt built up on the corner of the shower but I didn’t worry too much about that. It was great coming back to see housekeeping being done, my bed has been made and I got new towels so it all worked out.
No tissue paper, no cups in the room. Very low low quality materials.
Breakfast ?? Coffee maker did not produce/brew, if it did, it was about 10ml very bitter coffee only after 30minutes of waiting to brew. Muffins and pastry were old, hard as a rock !!! Bitter offee, muffin and slices of pastry: they call it BREAKFAST !! And they require a deposit even it’s been paid on line ?? SO CHEAP!!!!!
Worst place I stayed in my life. The moment I entered the hotel room its stinky, dirty. I got sick sleeping overnight in this hotel. Never ever book this hotel as it’s cheap. I’ll pay more money to stay anywhere but not this. No hot water for shower. There is barely any water coming from faucets and shower.
I was hoping to have a comfortable bed, nice furniture that wasn’t peeling and clean towels that didn’t look dingy. They don’t serve breakfast. They only serve a continental which is coffee, danish, and fruit. If I had more money with me, I would’ve went somewhere else.
Room was absolutely disgusting. Hair on pillows, literal termites falling out of the lights and coming up through the drains, ceiling is sinking from water rot and could kill someone. Found some random baby clothes tucked behind the bed? Thought maybe the other reviews were over exaggerating. Nope. Absolutely filthy, do not stay here.
I give the property 0-stars
Horrific. I was only there 2-nights. I interrupted someone using drugs and called the Police. I individual came to my door and and almost broke in (for calling the Police). Then the Police showed up to a house el room in the middle of the night with a door wide open and the occupant not responding. It smelled horrific like an industrial sized pesticide. [I attend a Junior College one night a week. Which lets out at 10:00PM in n Los Angeles County. I take the bus. It takes 2-3 buses to get back and 2.0 mile walk]. I got back from school to a next door neighbor in a hotel room hopped up on drugs. The Police did “a welfare check” on me thinking the guy had a weapon. I ‘tapped’. On the wrong wall that night. I had gotten in the shower.
Requested entire amount of Travelocity booking refunded for the trouble. I was able to get through 30-pages of course work that week.
But was asked to leave the next day.
Summary. The Inn Keeper would rather look the other way than ask the drug users to leave. It ended up being an old homeless couple who walked out as I left. Puffing on propane tanks to get high. It definitely wasn’t to BBQ.
It’s Los Angeles- to allow potentially flammable contents into a hotel environment. They could have killed anyone. No one happened to check that occurring? I believe propane tanks are not allowed in hotels.
Sincerely,
Stacy Walker
