Lincoln Inn internet signal was only 1 bar to nothing in the signal scale on my iPhone 16 ( 2nd floor on the west side ). I had to walk down the hallway near the vending machine to get internet access. I complained about the signal strength and no internet access in my room, at the front desk/ lobby, and was not accommodated. The solution for Lincoln Inn is to get an internet signal booster installed at the vending machine area for less than $100. Easily a plug and play installation. I hope the management takes my advice. Other than that, the room was clean, quiet and facility offered secured parking.

As is becoming commonplace in California, Plenty of homeless sleeping around the building, (literally up against the wall behind our room ) Smokers (mostly people staying at the hotel) freaking everywhere. Artificial scent in the facility waaay to strong. I heard a noise behind the building at night and opened the window to see what was going on and this homeless guy looked at me through the crack and he said “whaz up…” Rooms are nice, but bad homeless problems. McDonalds across the street and we felt unsafe even walking to it.

The room of this hotel was very comfortable and high-tech. The bedroom light would turn on\off automatically, and the door has an alarm indicating if the door was left ajar. The team is very kind and courteous. I would really recommend this hotel.

Very polite staff. Nice room: some think Venice beach is old/a bit rundown, which it is but that’s the charm for me! A couple young guys are sleeping on the ground outside the hotel on the side and they were there in the morning when I left: but that didn’t bother me - bought them breakfast! California is an expensive place to live but I will go back whenever I can!
