This property is okay if you need a location close to UCLA. The property is dated for starters. Our room was large, but the "bar" area was essentially un usable space. The bed was comfortable, but eh pillows were lumpy songy things.
We were told when we checked in that we had a $25 foiod/beverage credit that was available. We had gone to dinner outside the property, but thought we would have dessert using our credit. The restaurant was deserted, and we were told to sit anywhere. The dessert options were; cheesecake, chocolate flourless cake, chocolate or vanilla ice cream and creme Brule. We sat down and ordered creme brule and cheesecake. We had to send them both back. the creme brule was watery, and the cheesecake was chalky. So we tried the chocolate and the vanilla ice cream, thinking that was a safe bet. Nope! We sent them back also. The chocoate ice cream was ICY, and the vanilla tasted like it was sugar free. How does a place have such horrible desserts? We had to just walk away wanting...
The staff was good at checkin, and the valet was good.
