Please update the website and remove the part about in-room dining. There was no room service (which I was really looking forward to for my birthday) and It was very difficult getting to the front desk / restaurant / reception from my room since the building weren't connected. Also I find $49 a night for valet a little excessive, especially since the area is not walkable or close to anything. Some type of guest parking option should also be provided. Would've made my stay 3x better and more enjoyable. The young lady at the front desk IN THE MORNING who checked me in (long brown curly hair, between 20-30 years old) on Saturday and Sunday 1/20 and 1/21 was delightful. However, whoever the other lady was that was schedule at night was a little dismissive over the phone. I didn't like that.

Unfortunately the walls are quite thin and this cannot be easily changed because it is an older building. But the noise factor was not good and would prevent me from booking there again.

Loved the hotel but didn’t care that I had my room up on the hill area because it wasn’t close enough to go to eat at restaurant at hotel unless I took a complimentary ride ir walked down a steep hill, but everything els was great and staff was very friendly

I liked the privacy although the walls in my room seemed to be paper thin because I could hear even a whisper from the room next to mine. I liked the hotel grounds, they were beautiful! The room was always cleaned well but my first room had hair in the shower. The complimentary coffee in the morning was delicious and a nice touch. Valet parking is a little bit of a hassle because they take your keys and literally the parking lot is right there so it seems silly for them to park your car when you could easily do it yourself. Plus it sort of forces you to have to tip unnecessarily. Also, the parking is expensive per day at $49 per night and the resort fee of $30 is expensive and seems unnecessary and a little sneaky that it gets thrown in there as an additional charge. I do not think I would stay here again unfortunately.
