They are supposed to have free airport shuttle service. As soon as I check in, they inform me, "Oh no shuttle service tomorrow morning. You're going to have to pay for an uber or taxi." !@#$%% F! NO OFFER TO MAKE IT BETTER. Mind you I stay here twice a month for the last seven months. This hotel is cheap and bare bones as it is. Without airport shuttle service, it's better to pay a few extra bucks and go with a competitor.

We arrived. Check in was smooth. Staff friendly but as soon as we walked into the room it was somewhat clean. Felt dirty inside. The bathroom was kinda gross. Tried to get ice from their ice machine on the 4th floor and it wasn’t working. Then when we got back from the concert we went to, the power was out. They should’ve posted notes on the floors stating they had a power outage. I had to go ask myself. It did come back within an hour but still an inconvenience

I chose this based upon reviews and they were on point. Very clean and pleasant rooms. We Ubered to a restaurant and brought food back. Room was extremely reasonably priced. We needed a place to relax between our cruise arrival and a late flight home so we stayed for about 8 hours and used the convenient free shuttle to the airport. Would stay again and I recommend. Location is not the best, but the lot has security and we felt safe the whole time.

The hotel is fine for maybe a 2 night stay. That's it. The room I received had an odd odor in it from the ac unit. The staff didn't come and clean the room at any point of my stay. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. Overall 3/5.
