Remodeled Safe Haven in Venice

We've stayed in several homes in the Venice area and this one was by far the best. It's on a quiet street, enclosed garage, nice yard and the home is newly remodeled. Great location near Abbott Kinney shops and restaurants plus the famous Gold Gym.

The beautifully renovated space is spotless and thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed for a week in LA . Gorgeous details in the decor, chef’s quality appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds, sleek bathrooms
 exceptional Value! We were four adults visiting our grown children who live in LA,and had a great spot to have a bbq in the backyard and relax together. The location is quiet and charming but only a few streets away from Abbot Kinney and the beach. I would love to stay here again!

This was perfect place, clean and well located in Santa Monica. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The house felt like home very quickly. Located on a beautiful tree lined street, this garage included property takes all the stress of vacation travel away. Spacious, clean ,new, and fully outfitted, this luxury 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home away from home includes a dream kitchen and 2 fireplaces. A full laundry & extensive linens complete the needed amenities. Outdoor space both front & back are well maintained. Central air conditioning cools when needed. Landlord is easily available if questions arise. Check in & out was flawless. If you want a vacation spot you are sad to leave, this is it.

POST COVID FAMILY REUNION

Fabulous home! Perfect for our families' needs. Clean, comfortable and safe. House has all the little necessities. Location was close to it all! We were able to ebike, walk and escooter to most places leaving the car in the garage. Great restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy 15 minute walk. Loved the daily bike rides on the 20 mile beach path. Neighbors were quiet and quick to lend a hand if needed. We enjoyed the backyard space for morning coffee and workouts. High end appliances and extra large flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room. Host was responsive and informative. Check-in/check-out process was seamless. Of course the weather was perfect! We would love to be able to stay here again on our next visit out to Venice Beach!

Superba Superb

We really enjoyed our stay at Alex's home. We traveled with two teenagers and the house was perfect for us to spread out and being able to bring our dog was an added treat. Rarely have houses this nice allowed pets. The amenities and furnishings were great, the neighborhood was awesome, and Alex was always there for a quick response if we needed anything! A really terrific time all-around!

Amazing stay all around. Great location, wonderful, safe and friendly neighborhood and the house was great! Super, super clean, tons of room and every amenity you would need for a great stay. This will definitely be my first option when visiting Venice again!

Clean, spacious and COMFORTABLE!

Alex’s home is the perfect place to stay if you want a Venice vibes experience! Is cleanliness important to you? He’s got you covered! We are regular VRBO travelers with our hypoallergenic dog, we have dog allergies, and this place didn’t have a trace of dog hair or dust! Do you like to cook some meals while traveling? All the necessary tools are available for any time of day! Comfort a priority? The beds, the couches, the bathrooms
. everything rates 5 for comfort and cleanliness. We exercised daily in the converted garage space and were cooled by the morning breeze. The neighborhood is quite and filled with families and dogs who will greet you on your daily walks. Your daily walks are filled with beautiful gardens, quaint homes and pathways to explore like Nowita Ct. We walked to Abbot Kinney for dining and shopping and even ventured to Manhattan Beach and West Hollywood from this location. Alex provides the necessary items to launder clothes or tidy up in between an extended stay. Our adult daughters loved the Roku feature on the televisions and taught us how to use it. We also appreciated the lockbox to house our key. We would definitely stay here again and encourage you to stay for your LA experience! Thank you Alex!

We comfortably slept our family of five here. The property is very modern and spacious, and is in the amazing neighborhood of Abbot Kinney (about a 7 minute walk from the avenue itself). The owner was very good about communication and about the check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend!

Family Trip in Venice Beach

Alex was a responsive host, and the house worked out great for our family. Now that I know Venice Beach better after visiting, it's obvious what a great location the house is in relative to the less desirable thoroughfares in town. Venice is technically the City of LA after all. The house is a wonderful sanctuary from the urban noise. Erewhon market, Double Zero pizza, Superba Food & WIne, Abbot Kinney shops, and other spots are all within a mile walk. Getting to the freeways was a breeze. Very good experience overall.

Great and Comfortable Family Home

The neighborhood is great and we enjoyed the house. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The garage is a great feature. The house is well kept and decorated. The location is walkable to a grocery store and restaurants. We even walked to the beach. I highly recommend this home.

Great House and Location!

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home. It’s even nicer than the pictures convey and the location was perfect! Alex’s response time is lightening fast and he’s very accommodating. Thank you, we will be back!

Wonderful House and Stay

Had a fantastic stay and Alex was nothing but incredible with communication. The house is a modern and clean gem a short walk away from Abbott Kinney. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. Beds were very comfortable and overall just a great time. Far exceeds any other spots in the area that I had reviewed. A few notes that I would recommend to future guests and Alex, but by no means would this every deter me from staying again! -Its Venice, small and quaint streets but with that you do have neighbors very close who can hear every word very easily if you are standing outside.Just be cognizant especially in the evening. -No toiletries, bring your own. I mistakenly assumed the house would have bath toiletries provided something I think elevates and welcomes any guests. Recommendation to Alex. Everything else was fantastic and again couldn't thank Alex enough for being a great host and so easy to work with!

Perfect for us

We had to quickly relocate our family of 4 and dog to repair some damage at our house. The property was perfect for us and Alex was great to communicate with.
