Room itself was nice, but the bathroom door looked like someone had tried to punch through the door, and it was painted over instead of being fixed. Several things were "fixed" by just a coat of paint. Also, the toilet paper holder was so rusted and we took the roll off of thr holder and just placed the toilet paper on top of the toilet. The parking is terrible. If you get a spot in the "garage", have fun trying to get into and out of a space. There is barely room to move in there. The noise is outrageous, but to be fair, is to be expected due to it being a high traffic area. For a place to sleep, it was fine, but wouldn't want a long stay.

No one at checking on a Friday night near 6pm. Sign said "Be back in 20 minutes.". Nobody showed up for 25 minutes. Person in front of me was already waiting. By the time employee showed up, 4 people were waiting. Staff was otherwise nice enough and room was clean and comfortable enough. It's unfortunate that the initial experience put a damper on my stay.

Hotel with room smelling of mold and cigarettes, the television did not work, the mattress already had a hole in it by the second night / the hair dryer that was fixed to the wall was broken and only on the last day we found another one loose inside the room. (They did not take out the broken one and put another one in). very simple breakfast with very small space. peak hours did not accommodate guests. there wasn't even an egg. not to mention the lack of professionalism/harsh and rude service from the gentlemen who organize and replenish the coffee. I would like to congratulate the receptionist for the excellent service upon our arrival and departure. In short, I will not stay here and will not recommend this hotel for my next vacation.

the property itself is convenient yes,very close to many things.The hotel now is very outdated not to mention I was very disappointed with the breakfast area literally only had waffles (that was controlled by one of the staffs) who was rude and cereal ..now the whole night I couldn’t really sleep its very noisy.

Water pressure and supplies in the shower shampoo conditioner and body lotion and hairdryer were great. Fridge and microwave and tv work great too. Bars and gates were good but if you have a high profile vehicle avoid parking in the under building garage. Our biggest complaint was the street noise and traffic all hours.

Definitely enjoyed the proximity to Dolby Theater and the convenience & energy around the Hollywood area. The Hotel itself was dated/average/ economy. Staff was great. Since I walked a few blocks to Dolby Theater, I would grab a couple yogurt from the (run of the mill) breakfast buffet. I will most likely book this Hotel again next year.
