Owner not taking charge of the situation!

No AC working in the room for my whole stay! Even after letting the staff know, False information they were going to repair it, but was never done! No television in the rooms! No soap, no shampoo nor rinse in packets! no clean towels nor room cleanliness!

DONT BOOK. Not a real property. Number on file does not work it is disconnected! I was never able to get the lock box code. I was on site and nobody was able to help me. I had to sleep in my car. I got at the property at 2pm to check in just as stated and never got any response.
No “front office” not able to check in whatsoever.

NO WAY OF ENTRY & NO REPLY FROM HOTEL

No one could let me into the building. The gate was locked and had a code with no communication from the hotel on how to access it. Both me and hotels.com attempted numerous times to contact the hotel via the number provided and email provided. Both went unanswered. Was left with nowhere to sleep for the night. Do not book this place.

They just need to relocate the trashes because it smells up the house...AND NO LAUNDRY FOR ANY GUESS... PERHAPS THEY SHOULD JUST CHARGE A FEE FOR US TO USE THE LAUNDRY.. OK THANK YOU

They gave away my RESERVED & PAID room to other guests and instead put me in a room with 7 other people. It was co-ed and there was a drunk man, I felt unsafe. There is no way to contact them at all. Their phone is full so you can’t even leave a message. I requested a refund and they have not approved this. Avoid if you can.

Nice house. Decent area. Clean. Good AC. Comfortable bed. Nice guest. Great staff. Worth every penny. Jesus Loves Us ! Psalms 91 is a great protection verse.

I had a great stay. The owner and Yuliana are very nice and accommodating. They’ll try their best to see areas of improvement to let guest feel comfortable and have a convenient stay. The roommates are so friendly which is the best part. Spacious and bright and would definitely recommend to anyone.

This place seems to be intended as a long term low cost boarding house with no amenities. Which is fine if expectations were aligned, but I found it on google presented as a 3-star hotel/inn. There is no sound proofing and I can hear phone text message alerts upstairs.
