Staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean. The tv wasn’t working and someone came to fix it, It took him a total of 5 minutes to arrive and fix the problem. Very happy with our stay.

Overall a fantastic place to stay. The parking situation isn't the greatest, but it's not horrible. If you have luggage that you need to unload from a parked car underground to take up to your room, you might have to walk a bit to get to the elevators.

My stay was absolutely great in every way, except for one. The beds and pillows were slightly uncomfortable for me. Though alternative pillows were made available to us, which help. Staff is very attentive and polite. Surrounding area offers lots of choices for food. Location was easy to get to.
