I reserved the room through Hotels.com. The night we checked in my mother in law had a stroke and we had to leave. Hotels.com sent a waiver to the hotel requesting a refund for us, but the hotel was unwilling to refund any of our money or help us. I actually can't believe this is a four star hotel they were so unhelpful.

The room was amazing. The staff were great and very helpful. The location is great for visiting Santa Monica Pier. Plenty of restraunts in walking distance. The pool and hot tub are excellent. Cant say enough good things about this place !

This is a very nice hotel right on the Santa Monica beach across the street from the pier. The hotel is spotless. The staff was fantastic. They gave me and my friend a glass of champagne when we checked in . The pools were heated. It was such. Dreamy place to stay.
