Room was nice but overall smell of sewage in the air on my floor. Also, it was cold outside and although the fan was blowing, there was no hot air coming from the vents. Otherwise hotel is nice.

Amazing!

This staff at The Mosiac was very sweet and compassionate. My father passed away while I was there and I got nothing but understanding and compassion. Everyone treated me very respectfully and Armando went above and beyond. I will always recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who needs to stay in Beverly Hills.
