Location was great and parking was easy (World Trade Center parking 28 dollars/night). Hotel was clean and pool area with kids easy. Sun is suning there only 2 hours (11 am-1pm). Room was big. Staff was friendly.

I experienced some issues that were out of the hotel's control, such as construction noise around 1–2 AM. However, after a quick call just to verify the sound, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer me a room switch to the other side of the hotel. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent service. Top tier staff.

The staff was amazing. Our trip started off poorly with transportation issues and took us longer than expected to arrive. We were promptly allowed to check in a little early and it made a huge difference in getting a little rest after a long ordeal. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful in making food recommendations. There a so many great eats around in the area.

LA is a dirty city. sucks that a place like this is in the location it is. the pool is a lot less than i expected from a westin. gym was meh. service at the bar was great when Brett was there. otherwise, mid.

Great option for activities at the Crypto.com arena since it’s walkable. The hotel is luxurious with nice staff. Cool elevators and spacious hotel room. I definitely recommend. Also valet is expensive but is very safe and has welcoming staff.

Property was beautiful and amazing. The person on the front desk who checked us in was his a terrible employee and should be evaluated. She was rude right off the bat and wanted to charge me a late check out just because I left my bag in the room and needed someone to get it for me. She never even smiled I don’t know why she is in customer service with her terrible attitude.
