We welcome you to our breathtaking Tropical Luxury Oasis. Newly build, stand alone house with 10ft ceilings will give you all the necessities for your vacation and comfort. Pool and Jacuzzi will cool you off from California heat. Outdoor full kitchen and BBQ area will bring all the guests together for some amazing time & food. After sunset the best decision will be to chill around the underground fire pit next to the magnificent waterfall. There is much much more, but lets leave that for you to discover. With 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed, there's plenty of room for everyone. The house features convenient amenities like a washing machine, heating, hair dryer, WiFi, iron, and AC. You'll also find 3 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers. Plus, there's an additional living room with a sofa bed for extra space. Enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer when you stay at our place. * No boisterous or rough play allowed in the swimming pool or relaxation area.
* No unaccompanied children. There must be an adult present at all times. Maintenance crew and the property owner have access to the outdoor area.(maintenance purposes).The only shared place is the parking spaces, furthermore guests will have 3 parking spaces inside and free street parking!

The appliances were top quality and the beds very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. We did use the hot tub even in the rain. The outdoor space was great and look forward to returning in the summer! Good location and easy access to Burbank and restaurants. Host was very reliable and communication was great. Highly recommend this VRBO. We will definitely return!

Amazing hosts

Art and his wife are amazing hosts. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that my family and I felt welcomed. After spending two long days at Universal Studios, it was nice to come to a place that was not only beautifully done, but also very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The house is spacious as it accommodated my family group of nine without feeling crowded. The beds are comfortable and the patio area is great for relaxing. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a safe and peaceful getaway.

Universal Studios Family trip

We were amazed at how beautiful and clean the house was. It had everything we needed, which made it so convenient for our party of ten. We were only there for the weekend but took advantage of the pool and hot tub. The backyard area was gorgeous and so spacious. We were traveling with several teenagers and smaller children as well and this home had something for everyone! Art was also a great host. He quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely be booking our next family vacation here next time!

My friends and I were very excited to stay here, and were very selective about choosing this accommodation. We liked this property for its backyard and strong reviews, but unfortunately experienced several issues.Most information was only listed strictly online. However, key details were missing— such as clarification about property access, and how to use key amenities. First off, we didn’t receive check-in instructions until we called AFTER arrival. Upon arrival, the backyard and kitchen were not properly cleaned, with trash, leftover food, clothing, and garbage both outside and in the bins inside. We were also surprised to find another attached property with direct backyard access. Although told it was unoccupied, multiple times we encountered strange older men entering the backyard from a door in the fence, with no equipment, without a single warning. Evening when our female friends were showering outside! Communication was a huge issue. We spent an entire day trying to reach the host for hot tub instructions — from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. Absolutely no response until my fiancée spam called him from a separate phone. When we finally got through, the hot tub took 2 hours to heat up, passing curfew hours. Even being granted extended hours until 12am, it shut off early at 10:30pm. When similar issues continued the next day - we gave up communicating. While the host was polite the RARE occasion we did connect, the lack of communication made our stay disappointing overall.
