TUSCAN SUN COTTAGE IN WEST LA..
Nestled beside a large stone swimming pool, this generously-sized studio-style stand-alone private guest house is appointed with rustic romantic details, including an open-beamed ceiling, three pairs of French doors and stone and stucco walls. Perfect for a couple or friends and family, this backyard oasis, filled with orange and lemon trees, rosemary and tea roses will transport you to another place and time as you venture past the large stone wall and enter through the rustic arched wood doors of the backyard gate. Note: this cottage is a private guesthouse, located in the far rear of the property.

***The owners do live in the main house on the same property, so please keep this in mind. Also, this is a large studio space, so there are no separate bedrooms. ***

Enjoy the stone pool, waterfall and stone hot tub: While the pool is NOT heated, it is open year-round. The large 5-person stone hot tub, features effervescent eco-friendly water made super-soft and sparkling clean by ions of silver and copper, plus ozone, and can be heated upon request. Be sure to ask for epsom salts or lavender essential oils to make the experience extra spa-like. Note: Sorry, but the concrete slide is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use.

The cottage's small, but fully efficient sparkling clean kitchenette offers everything you need to enjoy the convenience of cooking quick meals while on vacation, including a large Cosari air fryer/oven, mini refrigerator, microwave, conductive cooktop, Keurig coffee maker (and pour-over carafe), cookware, service ware, basic condiments and more. Dine indoors or out; the cottage table can expand to seat up to 6 people.

Grill and dine outdoors: BBQ memorable meals in the outdoor kitchen, which includes high-end stainless steel BBQ grill, two gas side burners and large French door refrigerator and deep outdoor sink. The bar counter has three chairs for al fresco dining. And a small bistro table with two chairs makes the perfect poolside spot for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Walk to Hot Spots Nearby: including Starbucks, Whole Foods Market, Little Osaka foodie hot spots such as Tatsu Ramen, Ramenya, Oops Sushi, and Brothers and Cousins' street tacos on Sawtelle, and so many more!
