"Elevator didn’t work wasn’t told that prior to booking, fire alarms went off all night all week long, property manager had terrible communication, bonfire was cancelled, switched it to dolphin tour and they didn’t have our reservation. Just awful experience good luck if you book this."

"The house was amazing. Clean !! I didn’t see one bug! Water pressure in the showers were good! Pool was clean and big. I don’t have complaints but I do have suggestions. The queen rooms upstairs could use updated beds, as they were a little sunken in. The first couple of steps leading down to the beach is very slippery and has a slight dip. It caused like 4 people in our group to fall. These will not however keep me from rebooking this beautiful house. Love love love it!!"
