"A slightly disappointing stay, had expected better from a Hyatt. The internet was very poor in the hotel bedrooms, but worked fine in the lobby area. The room was very spacious, but the soundproofing was poor & could hear the crying/ screaming kids upstairs/ next door. The patio was very disappointing, just a narrow balcony with a view of a bush. The restaurant was good and the cafe shop & lobby area had nice seating. Overall I would not stay here again & it was not good value for money."

"Don’t ever stay here. The website pictures are all misleading. The room is so dirty with stain on the walls, rust on the bathroom fixtures, smell of urine in the bathroom , the beddings are all yellow , stained & with hair . I tried to ask to maybe give us another room, but the front desk told me there’s nothing available, but when I woke up early , I could see in the window , there’s a lot of vacant rooms. So disappointed, Hotels.com should update the pictures , so that this won’t happened."
