Terrible place to stay, everything is derelict. Stayed 6 nights, the room has never seen houskeeping ! Included breakfast is to avoid if you have a nose and a stomach. Very noisy (highway and neighbours) Absent staff Outrageous pricing of the rooms during car week (x9) for a sub par 80$ room No respect for customers

Terrible, we stayed 7 minutes and left as we felt unsafe. Rooms were damaged, we saw holes in a mattress of a room next door, lights all opened as well as the window. Felt like there was some scary incident in there. Bad smell, weird neighbors... some people seemed to live in the 'complex'. We left, no refund, don't go. This hotel should not be proposed through Expedia, started to be doubtful about reviews from there.

The only good thing a out this place is its location. The building is run down, EV charger is over price. The room is dirty, moldy and old. There are stains on our pillow case and holes on the blanket. I think I hear rats running in the attic at night.There are cigarettes butts everywhere. And the guy at the front desk is the unfriendliest customer service person ever. Oh and that front desk guy, he definitely needs a shower.

The room could've been cleaner but the location was awesome. However, the cleaning staff were extremely loud in the morning and it was hard to sleep. One of them was on the phone (loud speaker) and was yelling across the building.

room was not clean and the sheets were stained we went and bought sheets to put on top, remote for room was broken you had to hold on to top to get it to work, for being a radisson hotel was very disappointed, would not recommend

Cockroaches on wall, and bugs on headboard. No deadbolt on door, only 1 towel. Complained and switched to better room but still had to request use of a broom to sweep the floors! Will never stay there again!

Admittedly I did not read the reviews before booking. I relied on inaccurate photos, price, and location; lesson learned. Upon arrival the front desk was nice and check in was efficient. We went to our assigned room and found it to be a bit run down with water damage, rust, chips and dings on the walls, smoke detector missing with wires hanging down, and generally underwhelming. We were just going to deal with it until I found a large puddle and crack on the ground near one of the windows. I went to the front desk, the clerk did not seem surprised or apologize but did quickly assign us a new room directly above the previous room. I went to inspect the new room and found it in similar condition and an even larger puddle under a couch near a window. I immediately went to the front desk, again he reassigned us a new room. The new room was substantially smaller, the light switch near the door was not operable, and the only lights I could find were a desk lamp and the water closet light. I started my way back to the office and the clerk was already on his way to see if the room was okay. I told him it wasnt because of the lights. He was pretty annoyed with me and said there were lights and I told him to show me. There was just two desk lamps and a light switch hidden behind a microwave 10 feet away from the bathroom sink. The bedding had stains and was itchy, the TV did not fully function, and our last night we found a cockroach hanging on the wall. Loud road noise and loud guests

This hotel is horrible. Stay away. So many things to mention, but it's surprising to me that this hotel can pass county health inspections. The staff just lies about any promises.

The room was filthy holes in the walls blood on the floor curtains and bedding was dirty bugs flying around inside the room. Me and my fiancĂ© didn’t stay had to turn around and head home. I paid for a room that I didn’t stay in the pictures on your app is false advertisement.

The room was dirty and smells like cigarettes. They moved us to another room and it was missing a lot of stuff like the tv remote, the ice box and pillows they got them for us but it was just ridicules that we had to ask for that and the sheets had a hole in them the front door frame was broken and the ceiling was so dirty as well I will never stay at this place again

When we came back with food to put inn refrigerator roaches came out. Also, we noticed after getting ready for bed the smoke alarm was missing and wires hanging from ceiling. Lipstick on lamp shade sone rust stain bottom of bed on floor.

The walls are paper thin and this was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been at. Cleaning staff outside the room with loud rolling carts while singing at the top of their lungs. There was only one towel in the room. We were able to get another towel and a hand towel at the front desk, but no wash cloths. We were only given half a roll of toilet paper. Waited forever at the front desk - it wasn’t well attended. Overall poor experience.
