The property is under much needed renovation, Not known before we arrived was surprising. The oceanfront room was beautiful but in need of upgrades - worn out from the saltwater. Free drinks on arrival and free parking was very nice. We loved hearing the waves and the fire pit was great. Looking forward to returning with the upgraded version.

If you like to stand between the toilet and tub in order to close the bathroom door, this place is for you. If you like to feel the springs in the bed, this place is for you. If you like to sweat at night, this place is for you. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Room was Motel 6 quality and overpriced . Outdated rooms. But you are paying for location. Upon arrival, toilet had no water in tank so I had to call maintenance. Sink was clogged which made for terribly slow drain. Carpet was dirty and didn’t look vacuumed. Considering hotel is on beach and dogs allowed, at least vacuum each time room is cleaned and make sure sink drain and toilets are working properly. No towel racks, only two hooks so no where to hang other towels or wet bathing suits. Bathroom is really small. But shower head is great and good pressure. No lotion provided. Beds are comfortable just dont look at the box spring. Staff are all wonderful and helpful. Lobby and restaurant excellent with amazing views. Food is great. Bar and bartenders also great. It’s really the location that you are paying for these overpriced rooms.

Love the location and the atmosphere. Being on the beach is super nice, relaxing, and convenient. The lobby has a nice relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful view of the ocean. Definitely coming back.

The room was dated, the linens and bed skirt were dirty, the floor was stained, the fridge didn’t work, there was mold in the shower. The thermostat didn’t work properly. We asked for blankets and we’re given a blanket with a hole in it. Our room didn’t look like the photos online and we were really disappointed with this hotel. They really need to work on cleaning the rooms properly, and replacing the broken furniture in the room.
