The only thing that got us to wait. The rooms were not ready. There is a $50.00 parking charge. But the hotel was amazing so as staff.

We came here for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful experience! The entire site is welcoming and comfy, from the indoor viewing area of the ocean with plenty of seating to the multiple outdoor couches and seating areas. The staff is friendly and attentive. I asked for a specific floor after booking and because we were celebrating my birthday the manager gave us a tour of the facility and upgraded us from the first floor to a 3rd floor room with an awesome view of the entire view of the bay and even comped us a welcome drink and app! The rooms are well appointed and the views to the ocean were beautiful! I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this hotel!

We were disappointed with our stay because of the noise level in our room. We were placed right next to what seemed to be a storage or utility room, with employees frequently moving in and out. Starting before 7 AM, there was constant banging and loud noises that woke us up early both mornings. It really impacted our ability to relax and rest during the trip.

Lots of perks

I love the perks. I really love the back deck where you can sit and still see the water. I just wish the beach was cleaned up in front of the hotel. A lot of sea weeds and dead marine life. That brought a lot of flying bugs. Other than that, I enjoyed my time. The staff was great! My grand daughter's loved the complimentary cupcakes and smores. I liked the complimentary wine and champagne. I will definitely go again!

This hotel is right on the ocean! A motel style with rooms open to the outside. Has a restaurant and lounge in the hotel. Community fire pits where you can lounge and watch the sunset. Hotel offered s’mores and wine (for free) make the evenings enjoyable. Pool and saunas although didn’t use them looked fun. Lol Rooms were clean and well kept.

This property is right on the beach, so you do get a good view. They had nice perks like s’mores daily, the option to rent e-bikes and free welcome wine. It was pet-friendly and the rooms were new/upgraded. They accommodated us when we asked to switch to an ocean view and moved us again when our AC was not working. Now, on to the cons. HIDDEN FEES. There is a fee to park at the hotel ($52/day) and a “destination fee” ($25/day)—whatever that is! This is quite frustration as you arrive thinking you’ve already paid and your stay is one cost—and surprise you have an extra $75/day in fees. The food + drinks at their dining options were more expensive than some of the nicer hotels closer to downtown and the bartending staff wasn’t hospitable. The property was structured like a motel, so you have to go outside to get to your room and there is only 1 elevator. I will concede that the communal areas were nice (lobby, fitness center, outdoor dining area) The sauna/spa was closed, so we didn’t get to use that either. Would I recommend? Eh.
