Not a problem if you donât need to work from the room and enjoy no service when you check in. Last night had a tough check in. I called to self-check during the staffed hours in afternoon, want given the direct number to the staff, and got building code. However, the foreign call center rep didnât ask for credit card for incidentals (room was pre-paid) and after hauling my three bags up 3 flights of stairs, had to to back down to call them again, then go back upstairs again with all my bags. I got to the inn by 10 pm and had to figure it where the room was, poor signage, and why the code wasnât working out on my own. Then got up early (loud seagulls at 6 am) only to find out that coffee isnât served until 8 am. No desk in room to set up my computer either. This is a bed n breakfast, not an inn. Recommend if you are older and have good knees, plan on just sleeping there and leaving early since check out is 10 am. Overall a frustrating, isolating experience that allows the owners to enjoy passive income.
