Price was good, beautiful historic style hotel. Would probably not stay here again since there aren't attendants onsite, and that isn't exactly made clear in the listing for the hotel. A bit freaky to stay at a hotel with other people where there's not a person of authority to go to in case of emergency or altercation (I worked in hospitality so I know this from experience. People can be interesting to say the least.). I get staying at an AirBnb where you're the only guest and the owners offsite, but a situation like this just didn't make me feel quite comfortable. No breakfast as well, just tea and coffee. Might be a good situation for some, but I would be much likelier to come back if there were onsite attendants.

Charming home, but bring earplugs and eyeshades.

Clean and charming, but noisy bedroom above the street. It’s a beautiful Victorian home with single pane windows. Bring ear plugs snd eye shades if you’re staying in a room above a street. The building’s exterior lights stay on through the night and, despite window shades, the lights perk into the room.

The property was very convenient and very close to downtown Pafific Grove and Lover's Point. The 2 bedroom of the property was amazing and very clean. I would recommend this property to everybody. My wife loves the old victorian look atmosphere. We walked over 10,000 steps everyday. You can also get picked up by an uber for a reasonable price.

My wife and I had a great stay. Other than one other guest, everyone was nice and quiet. The parking situation is not great, but there was plenty of parking on the street around the property.

Will be a plus when evening social hour and continental breakfast added to amenities. Easily walkable to a variety of coffee/pastry shops & casual or fancier dining & lots of quaint shops. This beautiful and comfortable B & B is a well maintained historic house and grounds. Great hiking into Capitola and fabulous views of the ocean from our room and out on the communal back deck. The furniture is all beautiful antique pieces, bed is very comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and tasty.

Quiet and clean. Would stay there again. They cleaned our room every day. It is centrally located and within walking distance of downtown Pacific Grove. We stayed during the AT&T ProAm and was able to walk to the shuttle that takes you to the tournament. Easy self check in - great communication from staff
