Everything was really nice. Staff was accommodating and all. Only thing is the AC in our room wouldn’t work properly even after the engineer went to fix it. I sleep hot and the room was at 78 when we were trying to at least get it to go to 69-70. But everything else was perfect.

Room was very good as well as the service team. The overall problem is we have a small family and the elevators being out of order created a nightmare. Hopefully the repairs can be done faster and more effecient. Waiting times for elevators was not acceptable
