Quick and easy check-in process. Room was clean and well lit. The bed was soft. It was a good room for the price. Only downside: Walls are very thin.

Room was clean, comfortable, staff responded immediately for more towels. Close to beaches, shopping, aquarium and cannery row. Only downside-heard all conversations in rooms around me. Then room above at 2:30 a.m.-4:00 a.m. our last night.

The front desk woman was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though she was waiting on someone ahead, and she greeted me as soon as I walked in and said I’ll be right with you. And while she was taking care of me, the next customer came in, and she said the same thing. You rarely see that anymore so kudos to her
