The room was excellent with a beautiful view of the bay. Great breakfast, which was included and we opted for the mocktails that were very tasty (virgin margaritas). I also loved the fact that the facility has an indoor pool, which is such a plus for all year fun.

We didn’t sleep well because the room was hot, causing us to wake up frequently with a sweaty body, and we were unable to adjust the air conditioner temperature, which was set at 75 degrees fahrenheit.

You know what you are getting in terms of rooms at Embassy Suitesbut was very disappointed that breakfast finished at 0900, these called $15 bonus spend had to be used the night before. Both were poorly explained - or hard to take on on arrival. Better if this was made clear in the email pre arrival

The hotel had some sort of issue with a Hilton wide tech problem so there were a number of issues with that…no key for a while and then had to change rooms because of the key issue…not the normal dining experience at both breakfast and dinner. I’ve had the normal breakfasts at embassy suites and this was a disappointment….no hot food except eggs and oatmeal. The main issue for me though is with Expedia AND Hilton on the 15.00 per day charge for “destination” fee. That was in addition to the parking fee. I had knowledge of the parking fee before booking. It was clear. The other charge however is listed as a “credit” on Hilton’s website and is very vague on Expedia. I would rather know upfront and then I could make the decision. But this seemed deceiving to me and it will change the way I use Expedia in the future. I would rather see costs up front when making a decision about lodging. A clear statement of ALL charges. Also the room was VERY warm with no ability to change the temp. Fan was on but temp never changed. Maybe something wrong with that particular room. It was uncomfortable.

thank you Embassy Suites Desk, We had a wonderful 3 nights stay this week (9-12 Dec) The best part was the suite 608 which had natural sunlight coming in all areas and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony The bed was comfortable, linen was clean and a little kitchenette came in quite handy The breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful The evening snacks and drinks feels like an added perk although a couple of other snack options may just enhance a guest's overall experience The turtle cheesecake from the restaurant was too good, we ordered it twice! The indoor pool is a great add-on just that the water temperature couldn't be notched up it was lukewarm it would be nice to have a little more heated water in the pool Overall, it was great staying at the hotel Thanks for making our stay super comfortable and enjoyable!

Beautiful hotel, great location. Service was impeccable, minor issue with our AC and a maintenance tech was sent to our room within seconds. Breakfast is delicious and made to order, two of the servers were especially kind and attentive- Reggie and Lilian (?). Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our family!
