Serviceable, but worn. Armchair was dirty, some upholstery torn. Threadbare bathmat. Furniture not logically arranged. Desk in front of bed. With someone seated at desk, you can't get past to the bathroom. Would not choose this property in the future.

For as much money as I was paying, this place was filthy. Blood on the walls in the bathroom. Boogers and other weird things that I could not identify. It was late when I checked in and I didn't notice until morning. I took pictures and showed the owner and he said, "Too bad. You already stayed the night." Cheaper hotels are cleaner than this. This was gross.

Our 1st day there, the light went out in the showe/toilet area. There was no maintenance on the weekend to handle the situation

There is absolutely nothing special or desirable about this facility. It looks NOTHING like the picture as advertised. No staff available at check in. The carpet is sticky and the room was dirty. I do not recommend this place AT ALL!! Very disappointing.

The owner is very friendly and takes care of the place very well. The continental breakfast is wayy beyond continental. The location is convenient. Its not your typical HoJos

It was an okay place to stay at for the price. The hotel was clean and the room was good. I did not like that we can hear our next door neighbors and that you can hear the busy street outside.

Thank for your stay. The best thing we do is keep our rooms clean and comfortable. Since this location is close to downtown area we have no control over the noise from outside. But have an advantage over other hotel is that most local restaurants for dining is closer to our hotel which is in downtown.
