Located in the heart of Palmeraie, close to Marrakech and the Relais et Chateaux Ksar Char Bagh, Villa Palmeraie is a superb property designed by Studio Beja – Pujol, it is developed in different blocks and big basins which makes very suggestive reflexions.
Immersed in a beautiful Mediterranean grass garden, with a large and panoramic swimming pool 35 meters, directly on the Atlas Mountains.
Is possible to admire the beauty of the landscape from two covered terraces, equipped with sunbeds, for a relax day and with table and chairs, ideal for a dinner all together.
Moving inside, a spectacular living room is open to the outside thanks to big glass windows, an huge fireplace divide the ambient from the dining area with table and chairs, and it becomes the screen like a movie theater, there are also cozy sofas, and coffee tables.
The living room is separated from the fully equipped kitchen, by a unique inner courtyard with a secular olive tree.

The Villa can accommodate 10 guests in its beautiful and well decorated bedrooms, all with air conditioning , spread in different blocks, as follow:

Suite 3 on first floor and direct access to the terrace, has one king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, fireplace, TV, sofa and a private terrace.
Suite 4 on first floor and direct access to the garden has one king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, fireplace, TV, sofa and a private terrace.
Suite 5 on ground floor on ground floor and direct access to the garden has one king size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, TV and a private terrace.

Villa Palmeraie offers to its guests a gym room for training, admiring the garden outside and a football table, ideal for kids entertainment.

The property has a staff service, consisting of a cook, 2 house maids for cleaning and prepare the food, complete this beautiful property the underfloor heating, for the cooler periods.

Rental rules
It is not allowed to organize events in the property without prior approval
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill.
Pool has no swimming guard
