Considering Expedia had actually never confirmed my booking with the riad but had confirmed with ourselves ALSO Expedia did nothing to correct this issue the day prior to our departure. We managed to contact the riad directly to be told they had no room available - but did place us in another riad for 4 nights then we transferred ourselves to el wiem. By this time I’d had enough so checked out & booked a hotel outside the medina.

Hidden oasis

Perfect hidden oasis in the middle of the chaos of Marrakesh Medina. The best choice anyone could make and a great value too! Strongly recommend. It is exactly like the pictures and the owners are very helpful. Remember, you are in the middle of the the Medina area; but here is sanctuary.

Sehr schöner Riad, sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, tolle Betten, sehr sauber, ganz tolle Betreiberfamilie, Ana und Ihre Familie kümmern sich toll um Ihre Gäste, jeden Tag eine gekühlte Flasche Wasser, tolles abwechslungsreiches Frühstück über den Dächern von Marrakesch, ca. 10 min Fussweg durch dichtgedrängte Gassen zum Jama el Fna
