Amazing Stay!

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved our time here! The service was beyond our expectations, the food was great, our room was very cleaned and had everything we needed. Super nice host in Yaz, as well as the rest of the staff. Comfortable location a few minutes walk from Jemaa el Fnaa. Quiet and safe area with small stores nearby. The room was clean and comfortable with all necessities needed. Great breakfast as well! Even tried their dinner one night and was not disappointed. Due to the cold weather during our visit to Morocco it was a bit cold in the Riad. And that’s not their fault, but if you’re planning on visiting in the winter be prepared for chilly nights and mornings (not just inside but overall) Yaz (the owner) is a very nice man. Happy to help and give you some tips and trix to maximize your stay in Marrakesh. They can arrange all sorts of excursions as well as airport transfer. As a first time visitor to Morocco i am more than satisfied with the experience. Get my warmest recommendations! Location is good. Staff is amazing. Price is fair and I think this reflects a true Moroccan riad.

Just outside the walls of the new palace, easily walkable to all main attractions but far enough away to feel immersed in the local culture. Lovely view from the terrace. Breakfast was always very good and everyone extremely helpful. The pool was a bit too cold for February and our apartment was on the ground floor which meant there was some street noise. However, would be happy to stay again.

Ideal small, friendly, clean Riad

This is a wonderful small Riad in a quiet, authentic district just a short walk from the heart of the old town. The staff are excellent - Yassine, the owner, and a small, friendly team, and this is hugely helpful. It has 5 rooms, all well-furnished and finished, set around a pool, and with a lovely roof terrace. Breakfast was very good - we wish we'd had a chance for a dinner - next time! The bed was comfortable, the shower good and the wi-fi excellent - and there was aircon/heating if needed. We'll certainly be back the next time we're in Marrakech!

My first time staying in a Riad. It really is like living in a pleasant house, so don't expect as much privacy or isolation as you might get in a typical hotel. It's a lot more intimate and close quarters. I enjoyed staying at the Riad Nafis - it was comfortable and you were well looked after. Yassine, the owner, went above and beyond in trying to assist me after I left my wallet in a taxi. He was always happy to help and welcome you as were his team. I happily recommend.

The staff and service was excellent. They made us feel so welcome and relaxed at the property. The riad is in a quiet place and although cars cant get to the entrance of the road, you can easily walk to the place from the main street. Tucked in a little corner and although the outside might not look impressive, the inside is certainly as reflect in the picture. Unfortunately, I was looking forward to swimming but we couldnt use the pool as the water was cold. Also note there is no actual spa in the riad but the owner can easily recommend some good places for you which are close by. Breakfast was nice and typical morrocan styled, there is option to request for dinner should you wish to and you just need to give the staff a heads up. Overall, i had a pleasant stay at Road Nafis

A few of the taxis did not know where the riad was but we finally found someone who did. We were dropped off in the street and given vague directions of how to get there through narrow winding streets. We had to ask directions from someone but eventually found it. We arrived a little earlier than 3pm but a warm welcome awaited us. I had asked for 2 single beds so the room had to be rearranged for us. The riad was beautiful, amazing artwork, furniture, pool and a wonderful rooftop terrace. Sorry we weren't there a bit longer really. They arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport the next morning at 8am and actually walked us through the streets to the taxi. Some confusion over an early breakfast but we got there in the end. I would definitely go back. It was lovely.

Anniversary trip to Marrakech

We loved our stay at Riad Nafis. The owner was very friendly and helpful, with excellent English which was a relief as my French is not very good. The service is very good, on par with a 5 star hotel. The room was very comfortable, it is not palatial, but is very nice and a great value. We enjoyed the location, it was 10-15 minutes walk away from the main square and was a little less hectic, though I would not say quiet. There are 24 hour guards at the adjacent Royal Palace so the very unassuming little alleys to access the Riad feel safe at all hours. The Riad is a little confusing to find at first and looks very plain from outside, but this seems to be common with riads in Marrakech. Yassine arranged several great excursions for us and also arranged a romantic dinner at a very nice restaurant for our anniversary. The personal touches that he arranged for us for dinner were a wonderful surprise. I included a picture of the dinner setting, even though this is not in the Riad. There was also a stork's nest on a nearby mosque that was very visible from the rooftop terrace and a great photo opportunity if you have a good camera (I only had my iphone)

My base for Marrakech

We were looking for a base for our next time in Marrakech and this is it! Just few minutes by walking from place Jemma el Fna, but enough to be in a very quiet area. A lot of small shops in the nearby, way cheaper than near the place (for water, bread etc... I suggest buying here). Our room, even more beautyful than in the pictures, had also a heating system, and a smaller one was in the bathroom. The architecture, seems projected by a very skilled architect. Aboslutely amazing! Good petit dejuner as breakfast, with some small variation from day to day, in an elegant room with a lit fireplace in the winter season. Approved! We enjoyed the terrace too: simply imagine a garden on the rooftop, with a zellige fountain and a supercomfortable sofa... a dream. Since it is January we didn't use the swimmingpool, but it was perfectly clean. Perfect daily cleaning. Wifi, shower etc... everything perfectly working. Although I'll come back for sure, the only thing I suggest is improving the illumination, wich is romantic, but if somebody wants to read in the evening, may not be the best. I'll recommend this riad not only on this platform, but also to friends and al people that will come to Marrakech.

L’établissement en gĂ©nĂ©ral est ok mais ce que je trouve dommage c’est qu’on avait un vol Ă  6 du mat, on Ă©tait obligĂ© de prendre un taxi vers 3h, je demande Ă  qq du personnel pour nous accompagner la nuit du Riad au taxi, il me rĂ©pond qu’il ne sera pas lĂ  le lendemain 😑 Bien sĂ»r qu’il Ă©tait en permanence, je n’ai pas compris pourquoi il m’a menti ?? Y’avait des voyous prĂšs du Riad, c’était trĂšs dangereux pour 2 femmes de marcher en plein milieu de la nuit!
