Enjoy access to the lake for fun in the water as well as a seasonal boat dock available for an additional fee. Situated on a dead end street minutes to a nice town beach, family restaurants, and ice cream shops!

This home offers an open layout for plenty of room to enjoy family time! 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 Queen, 1 Full) all featuring smart tv’s and closets. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room and queen air mattress available. 2 full bathrooms with double sinks. Central air, BBQ grill, fire pit, washer & dryer.

Sweet Sacandaga Sanctuary

Our family needed a place to stay while visiting our son and daughter in law and family in Mayfield to receive surprise news that our daughter is law is expecting with first child. There was not enough room at their home so we researched and found this gem. Interior/exterior looked brand new. Clean, well lit, enjoyed the fireplace and open kitchen, dining and living room layout. Easy access to the lake plus a fun deck, kids play area and fire pit. We had 7 in our group and this place accommodated with room to spare. Would recommend this site to anyone needing a great place to stay in the area.

Beautiful home

Gorgeous home, so clean and well laid out. We used the fire pit- the owners left us fixings for s’mores. Beautiful views. Neighbors were nice too! Great kitchen to cook in. We would recommend this home to anyone and will stay here again if in the area.

Perfect!

It was perfect for our weekend get away. Our party included four adults and two kids. As two small families, we were able to have our own space with a huge common area. The rental includes almost anything you can think of for the kitchen or grills. We rebooked and are looking forward to another long weekend.
