Room was “ok”. There was NO hot water. It phoned the night of my arrival and was told engineering would be notified. The next morning there was still no hot water. During checkout, I asked to speak with a manager and the desk clerk told me they would have the manager get in touch with me after they were out of their meeting. I’m still waiting for that contact…

The room was clean, but just outdated. A coffee pot is a must in a hotel room and there was not one. Check in was easy and quick. For a nights stay on the way to our destination was fine.

Room was ok, we were just there to sleep, but would have liked a coffee pot in room. Hairdryer did not work , but we had one. A plastic disposable glass to get a drink of water would have also been appreciated.
