The over whelming terrible smell of dirty carpet blowing at you when you first open the room door. The shower had lots of easy to wash off mold. The dust every where. The dust on the baseboards near around the bed was compound and fuzzy. In the main entrance, the alarm system was last checked 2 years ago (dated) Quebec law states it has to be checked annually. Sheets & towels were clean. Staff was nice and spoke our language. Breakfast area was over crowded and food was not being monitored as we kept having to ask for the hot food to be replenished including the milk.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed because our car got stolen that was parked in front of our room 😟. We didn't finish our stay, we lost the excitement because we felt unsafe and anxious.

Absolutely disgusting. The washroom was filthy, with moldy shower tiles that made me want to leave immediately. The air conditioner was caked with mold and even had half a rotted apple inside. The whole room smelled like a damp, moldy basement from the 1970s. The carpet was stained and grimy, and the bedsheets were so thin and questionable they made me feel sick. Everything in this room was unhygienic and unacceptable — the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I should have slept in my car

In this age and time, NO elevators,how do you expect us to carry multiple bags and other necessities over the stairs. The room was very creepy, worst location ever, few lights only There were no blackout drapes and there was a huge tree right outside the window so all night you could hear wind and see trees creepiness! Very small room for 2 queen beds no place to walk. Not worth the price and not staying here again!

I am originally from Pointe Claire and The Manoir is always our go to place when visiting. The Comfort Inn is a hop skip and a jump to The Manoir. It’s convenient and inexpensive and has a great morning breakfast. Coffee is great! staff are great! Nothing to complain about unless you are to cool for school 😎

The staff were very nice and friendly. The first room we got didn't look that well, you could see the wear and tear. The bathroom sink missed the sink stopper, the silicone around the shower had a lot of dark spots and I don't know if it was mold or just stuck dirt over time. However we ended changing rooms because of really loud neighbouring suites and the new room we got was in much better condition (maybe some minor renovations were done?). Again I would like emphasize that the staff were super nice and respectful and immediately changed rooms when we had the noise issue. Overall the pleasant stay.
